Computerized Heavy-duty Walled Sole Attaching Machine
LD-685CM This machine using PLC control system and touch screen is totally hydraulic designed. It is suitable for outsole attaching of jogging shoes, walled sports shoes and casual shoes or other shoes. The operation of outsole pressing, side pressing and front-rear pressing can be accomplished simultaneously or separately. The heavy pressing force and firm attaching effect which helps the shoe-making industry upgraded.
The hydraulic automatic balancing system is adopted for the mechanism of pressing rods. The height of rods need no manual adjustment which helps simplify operation. The design of automatic bias angles setting makes shoes locating easy and even for boots.
When the mechanism of front-rear tighting mechanical system backward, the special designed circuit controls the moving distance and make it easy to change the shoes.
There is a pressure adjusting function for each action, which makes this machine to be suitable for thick outsole and various kinds of men's and women’s shoes.
The side attaching adopts whole hydraulic-control. Both sides of the shoe have PU foaming pressing objects which has been special designed to make a tight pressing according to the shape of shoes and ensure the best performance of side attaching. The automatic balance and formative rememberance system suits any shapes shoes. So the shoe sole and the upper are jointed tighly.
